I am a learning experience designer with the necessary skills to develop agile and effective instructional designs for continuous learning to enhance and support learning and development efforts within organisations. Currently, I am attached to a well-known international QSR chain as a Senior Learning and Development executive. My job responsibilities revolve around developing E-learning content, point of reference for Learning Management System (LMS) and training.

With my combined experience in the education field and English language expertise, I design learning solutions that meet the objectives.  I can work on summarizing large content/ information into e-learning experiences. I believe in designing learner-centred experiences that produce measurable results.

And it does not stop here, I am also an accredited HRD Corp trainer. Besides having a strong interest in designing learning experiences, I enjoy training on various topics as well. I am an avid public speaker and love engaging with people.

As I evolve, I stay updated with current learning trends by exploring content, reading articles, and engaging with the learning and development community online.
